Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our studio in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
We use reliable courier services such as DHL and Blue Dart for deliveries. Delivery delays may sometimes occur. Vivaarta is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.

Returns & Refunds Policy
When exchanges and returns are possible
- Products can be exchanged/returned in unused condition within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Cases where exchange and return are not possible
- If the product is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the customer. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm we've received it and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, we will process your refund. Customized products cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
※ If you change your mind and exchange or return the product, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
