Shipping & Delivery Policy 

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our studio in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. 

We use reliable courier services such as DHL and Blue Dart for deliveries. Delivery delays may sometimes occur. Vivaarta is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.

Returns & Refunds Policy 

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

When Returns and Exchanges Are Accepted

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery to Vivaarta Design LLP
  • Items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

When Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted

  • Returns or exchanges are not eligible if the product is damaged, used, or altered after delivery.
  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If the product is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the customer.

Return Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect the product and send you an email confirming receipt.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, the item will be sent back to you.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return or exchange is due to a product defect or error on our part, we’ll cover the shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
